By accessing www.paripurtigroup.com, booking a site visit, or enquiring for Open Plots (700-4000 Sq. Ft.) and Row Houses, you agree to these Terms.
1. RERA Compliance
This project is developed as per Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and Maharashtra RERA rules. All details on website – layout, plot sizes, amenities list including Gated Entry, Mahadev Temple, Security Cabin, CCTV, Internal Tar Roads, Underground Drainage, Underground Electric Network with Separate DP, Water Pipeline, Solar Street Lights, Children’s Play Area, Open Gym, Walking and Cycling Track, Senior Citizen Sit-out, Tree Plantation, Rainwater Harvesting, Compound Wall – are for information purpose only. Final approved layout, Agreement for Sale and MahaRERA certificate will prevail.
2. Price, Booking and Payment – www.paripurtigroup.com
Prices at Gut No. 343/1 are subject to change without notice. Booking amount to be paid only in favor of Paripurti Group via Bank Transfer or Cheque. No cash payment beyond legal limit. Balance payment as per payment schedule mentioned in Agreement for Sale. Delay in payment will attract interest as per RERA – SBI MCLR plus 2 percent per annum.
3. Cancellation, Refund and Possession – As per RERA Section 11, 12, 18
a) Allottee can cancel booking by written application. Refund will be processed within 45 days after deducting booking forfeiture amount, admin charges, and brokerage as per Agreement for Sale.
b) If Paripurti Group fails to give possession on time as per Agreement for Sale, allottee has right to withdraw and claim full refund with interest as per RERA Act.
c) If allottee fails to pay installments, promoter has right to cancel allotment as per MahaRERA guidelines.
4. Documentation, Registration and Loan
Stamp Duty, Registration Fees, GST, Legal Charges, MSEB Charges extra as applicable. Loan Assistance and Documentation Support is facilitation only. Loan approval is sole discretion of Bank.
5. Website Content and Images
All images, text, logo, brochures on www.paripurtigroup.com are property of Paripurti Group. Amenities images are for representation; actual development at Gut No. 343/1 will be of similar quality. Original site images are used for Contact Us banner.
6. Site Visit

8. Force Majeure
Delay due to Government order, Court order, natural calamity, material shortage, pandemic will be covered under Section 6 of RERA Act for extension.
9. Governing Law
Governed by Laws of India. All disputes subject to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar jurisdiction and MahaRERA Tribunal.
